Job Title: Part Time HR Officer - Training Administrator
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £17,000 pro-rata
Working Hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (9-5pm)

The Role:
As the HR Officer/Training Administrator you will be responsible for the full co-ordination and arrangement for all training requirements for staff. Based in Newcastle, the main duties will include:

* Administration duties in booking and recording training courses for staff
* Entry of courses into database and excel files
* Verification of certification and saving all documentation
* Assisting with the arrangements for Office Visits for staff celebrating anniversaries or retirement
* Cover for other colleagues during holidays/sickness
* Undertake duties and responsibilities for other HR Officers as required
* Responding to any enquiries quickly and efficiently and taking messages in absence of other staff members

The Candidate:
Previous experience within a busy administrative support role is essential, preferably within training or HR. The successful HR Officer/Training Administrator will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi task and be able to deal with people at all levels.
