Job Title: Human Resources Manager; HR
Location: North London with travel throughout UK and Ireland
Salary: £40-£50k

The Role:
As the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for HR within UK and Ireland and responsible for creating the strategic HR plan to make the company an even better place to work. Based in North London, this role covers 9 regional offices across UK and Ireland so travel on a regular basis will be required. The main duties will include:

* Creating and implementing the HR and Training Strategy for the UK and Ireland, ensuring buy-in from the Senior Management Team
* Managing the recruitment function, training function, payroll function as well as Facilities
* Ensuring the business remains legally compliant by keeping up to date with any employment law developments and making any necessary changes
* Implementing corporate strategy for all HR functions and overseeing the appraisal system to ensure these are carried out across the organisation
* Carrying out the pay review and bonus calculation process, benchmarking salaries and other HR projects
* Providing guidance and support to all managers to ensure a full generalise HR service is available
* Preparing budgets for the HR, Training and Facilities Service for ensuring proper control of expenditure and adherence to agreed budgets
* Supporting the development and providing HR advice to functions within Europe and Africa regions as required

The Candidate:
This is a true generalist HR role so professional HR Management experience within a company with 100+ employees is required. To be successful in this role, you must have a positive and proactive approach to your work, be able to work with a great deal of autonomy and be capable of making sound, balanced decisions. You will be at least MCIPD qualified, or equivalent, and will ideally have a degree.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this is a very people focussed role. You must be passionate about the development of people and have proven experience of line management. You will need to be able to work strategically, but also be prepared to be involved in the day to day work, such as interviewing. This role covers 9 regional offices across the UK and Ireland, so you must be willing to travel on a regular basis and be prepared to do overnight stays on occasion. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Package:
£40-50k, 25% bonus, pension, healthcare, TOIL (Time off in lieu)
