Job Description

Bluefire consulting are recruiting for an Account Manager/Business Development Manager for a well established client to work across the North of the UK. Main duties will include:

· Managing existing company accounts
· Maintaining relationships with existing clients
· Cold calling in order to generate new business
· Researching potential clients and contacts
· Increasing sales and achieving sales targets through generation of new business
· Making own appointments and managing own diary
· Following up new business opportunities

The successful Account Manager/Business Development Manager must be able to demonstrate strong business development skills and be confident managing their own diary. This is a field based position that will require extensive travel so candidates must be happy to travel extensively. A full clean driving license is essential.

Ideally candidates will hold a degree and have knowledge of textiles or interior design, but this is not essential.
