Offering around 30k per annum, with a company car/allowance also, the role requires previous experience in a supervisory role, with solid experience in developing, leading and coaching people also. The role also requires strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills as well as strong computer proficiency particularly in MS office and Excel.


Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an administration manager working in the North West for a world leader in electronics and telecoms. The role also requires strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills as well as strong computer proficiency particularly in MS office and Excel.

Job Purpose
The role will report into the PMO manager, and will require leadership for the admin team over dispersed sites. You will manage resource allocations to projects as directed by the PMO Manager, and mentor and be able to develop all team members in line with the development plans put in place.

What you will do
*Establish and maintain an efficient and effective resource plan admin team on a team and individual basis.
*Conduct regular one to one's and develop individual development plans
*Identify potential resource problems at an early stage and overcome any problems
*Oversee records for leave, sickness, absence, records and procedures
*Responsible for resource allocation across projects, working closely with managers to ensure technical aspects are understood, managed, and developed
*Ensure all absences are managed effectively with no impact to delivery teams.
*Responsible for identifying requirements and management of delivery in a proactive manor.

Particular skill / aptitude required:
*Strong organisational skills, particularly the ability to prioritise work
*Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships with Stakeholders
*Attention to detail
*Effective management of own time
*Strength in MS office and particularly adept in Excel
*Ability to construct arguments in order to display benefits delivered to/for the business
