The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a dynamic, action-orientated, engaging HR Manager to implement processes and support line managers for an up and coming non-food FMCG company based near Northampton. This role requires a hands-on, people person as the main duties of the role will include:
*developing strong relationships with Department Heads to ensure two-way feedback on current processes and new HR procedures
*implementing HR strategy from a grass roots level across the company
*identifying individual staff's needs within the business and developing a plan to meet these
*embedding the performance management system into the culture of the company
*dealing proactively with any HR or personal issues within the business
*managing the annual training plan and delivering people skills training to staff
*overseeing the recruitment process
*coaching the current HR Assistant and evolving her role

The Candidate
As a successful HR Manager candidate you must be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and hold CIPD accreditation. Experienced working with a similar HR Manager or Officer role, ideally within an FMCG, distribution or sales environment, you need to be a proactive people manager with excellent relationships building skills who is keen to stamp your mark on a rapidly developing company. You should be able to demonstrate experience training staff and managing company-wide recruitment processes.
