Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Settlements Clerk/Settlements Officer to join an expanding team, based in Northwich.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Settlements Clerk/Settlements Officer to join an expanding team, based in Northwich. Main duties will involve:
* Inputting, processing and authorising payments
* Dealing with customer enquiries in regards to settlements
* Updating database to ensure all customer information is maintained
* Providing back office support and service on banking operations
* Processing customer transactions, including BACS, CHAPS and International Payments
* Proposing and providing processing solutions

Previous experience within a payments, invoicing, office or accounts function is required. The successful Settlements Clerk/Settlements Officer must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Word. A background in Banking is preferred but not essential. Own transport is required due to location.
