The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Account Coordinator/Administrator to be the first point of contact for all clients in order to process transport requests across the UK. Based in Nottingham, you will be working for a national company and support the National Account Manager to ensure all customer transport requests are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Initially this role will involve taking full details from clients regarding project requirements and then liaise with internal depots to ensure transport requests are met. Full administration duties are involved to ensure job details are logged and updated accordingly. The Account Coordinator will be expected to chase information and follow up on enquiries to ensure the client requirements are met.

Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm


The Candidate
Previous experience within a transport coordination/administration role is essential. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be proactive and assertive when chasing information. The successful Account Coordinator/Administrator must have strong attention to detail and have the ability to deal with people at all levels.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.
