Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Cashier/Accounts Administrator to work in a busy site office in Nottingham. The Cashier/Accounts Administrator is responsible for a range of duties including producing supplier reports, cash handling, investigating purchase orders, invoice and payment queries, payment of cheques and actioning any price change requirements. As the Cashier/Account Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, responsible for updating all entries onto computer and maintaining banking information on a daily basis for the depot.

The Cashier/Accounts Administrator position will require excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience within a cashier/accounts administration role is essential and cash handling experience is preferred. A background of working in a depot or logistics environment is preferred, but not essential. This role will also involve working Saturday's. Due to location own transport is required.
