Job Title: Depot Administrator/Account Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £16k - £20k (dependent upon experience)

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Administrator/Account Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all clients and provide full administration/customer service support. Based in Nottingham, you will be working for a national company and support the National Account Manager to ensure all customer requests are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Initially this role will involve taking full details from clients regarding project requirements and then liaise with internal depots to ensure transport requests are met. Full administration duties are involved to ensure job details are logged and updated accordingly. The Depot Administrator/Account Coordinator will be expected to chase information and follow up on enquiries to ensure the client requirements are met. Duties will involve raising invoices and accounts, transport administration, quotations and ensuring customer requirements are met according to agreed KPI's.

Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm


The Candidate
Previous experience within an administration role is essential, preferably within logistics. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be proactive and assertive when chasing information. The successful Depot Administrator/Account Coordinator must have strong attention to detail and have the ability to deal with people at all levels.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.
