We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support a busy depot based in Nottingham.


Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support a busy depot based in Nottingham. Main duties will involve:
* Providing administration support to sales team and liaising with clients
* Answering phones within the office and dealing with suppliers
* Updated and maintaining customer database
* Raising supplier payments and dealing with accounts and invoice queries
* Production of reports for management
* Calling new and existing customers to make appointments for Sales reps
* Full administration duties

The successful applicant must have previous Administration experience, ideally within a sales environment. The ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication skills are essential. Experience within a manufacturing or production industry is preferred but not essential. Own transport is required due to location.
