We're a highly-regarded healthcare provider who supply clinicians into the NHS. Having just won a new contract across Oxfordshire we're looking for an enthusiastic operations professional to make this their own.

The Role
In your new Operations Manager position you'll be overseeing a large and strategically valuable contract across Oxfordshire and heading up the on patch team there, so no pressure! The ink is just about dry on the paper so you're coming in at the right time to establish performance, policy and procedure the way you think a service should be run, coupled with the support of a company who has been operating in the healthcare sector for a number of years.

This incorporates everything from developing and implementing strategy, managing the P&L, budgeting and cultivating strong relationships with the key stakeholders to supporting staff.

Our success is based on the emphasis we place on patient care so it's imperative that you become our champion for that. Resolving any issues patients may have, investigating incidents and working with our staff and clients to ensure transparency and openness between all parties is key.

The Candidate
If you're a people-focused Operations Manager looking for a new challenge we'd love to hear from you!

To be able to hit the ground running you would need previous experience in a similar Operations Manager or General Manager position and be confident managing contract performance, P&L and remotely-based staff. Given the nature of our organisation a background in supplying healthcare or clinical provision would be seen as a big advantage.

Our clinical teams are our greatest asset so as Operations Manager you're going to have to enjoy overseeing, developing, supporting staff located around the Oxfordshire to be passionate about this role. Alongside this you'll manage the service delivery and client relationships so great communication and occasionally negotiation skills are going to help you do this.

It's assumed that, being an Ops Manager or GM already, you possess an eye for strategic detail and commercial opportunity but in this role you'll really be given the chance to let that shine.

We're a nationwide clinical services provider who, owing to our strong reputation and impressive track record, have just won a new contract with the NHS across Oxfordshire, beginning Autumn 2017. The Operations Manager role is a great opportunity to get in right at the start of the contract and shape strategy and procedure from day one.

This is going to be your project, to run how you see fit but with our healthcare knowledge and support team to back you up.
