Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Oxford. Main duties will include:
* Processing all incoming orders
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Answering calls and responding to emails
* Maintaining the customer database
* Developing customer accounts by linking sales, upselling and making customers aware of promotions
* Producing quotes
* Maintaining supplier literature and sales materials
* Assist with compiling reports, statistics and promotions
* Supporting sales team by sourcing products and generating leads
* Preparing daily banking
* Preparing delivery notes
* General administration
* Attending sales team meetings
* Sending out product information and promotional material
The successful Sales Administrator must have previous administration experience in an office environment. Candidates should have worked within a sales office and be a confident communicator. It is essential that candidates have knowledge of the local area and are confident on Excel and Word.
