The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join a worldwide organisation within their catering equipment supplies team to develop new business and manage existing accounts in the Oxfordshire area. The main duties of the role include:
* Producing business plan for existing client portfolio working towards annual sales target
*Identifying and prospecting new business expanding client base in the area
*Managing own diary and generating own appointments covering the Oxfordshire area
*Monitoring sales performance and reporting monthly activity
*Keeping up to date with product knowledge and competitors
*Maximising sales opportunities whenever possible

The Candidate

The ideal Business Development will have a proven business to business field sales background ideally within the hospitality sector. A successful Business Development Manager will be comfortable in all areas of the sales process and be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills in the interview process. Our client is looking for a strong communicator and organiser who is able to exceed sales targets.
