Key Account Hire Controller
Paying £23-25k + benefits

The Role
The Key Account Hire Controller role is to focus on the relationship with our Key Account customers, you act as the companies linchpin behind the scenes helping to achieve customer service excellence at all times. Your roll is to facilitate the relationship between our organisation and the end clients ensuring equipment is available and in working order when required. This will involve working closely with the Hire staff but also existing and prospective clients. Your aims should be to maintain disciplines that adhere to our customer's instructions, strive to guarantee customer satisfaction, work as a collective team across the Key Accounts department, and comply with office guidelines and safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities
The Key Account Hire Controller will be responsible for the following:

*To personally provide an excellent customer experience at all times
*Raise quotes, reservations, deliveries and exchanges in accordance to guidelines and assuring service level compliance at all times
*Develop & maintain lines of communication between the customer to build lasting relationships
*Release Key Account invoices daily alongside the Administration team, checking accuracy to minimise queries and credits
*Attend team meetings as required
*Review suspended contracts and resolve these issues daily
*Respond to all calls, faxes, e-mails and messages within agreed service levels agreements
*Treat all internal and external customers in professional and courteous manner at all times
*Meet Key Account customers who visit the department as required
*Seek guidance from your Line Manager and seek all opportunities for self-development
*Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business like image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
*Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front

The Candidate
The ideal Key Account Hire Controller will have;

*Product knowledge is helpful within Plant and Tool Hire/Hire industry, however ongoing training will be given
*Previous Hire Controller experience
*You need to be a confident communicator
*Ability to liaise with customers at all levels
*Strong personality with good networking skills is a distinct advantage
*Product knowledge is preffered, however ongoing training will be given
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint are preferable also

The Key Account Hire Controller will work on site for the Key Account of a leading Tool Hire company based in Portsmouth

The Package
Paying £23 - 25k + holiday, bonus, pension
