The Role
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager/Account Manager to increase sales across their Midlands and Wales region. This role will see a successful applicant dealing directly with key decision makers in a range of industries and taking direct responsibility for the growth of their territory. Main duties will include:

*Achievement of sales target through the creation of new business
*Development of a strong customer base to generate repeat business opportunities
*Creation of clear and measurable sales prospect pipeline
*Provide best advice and new ideas to prospective customers
*Develop new markets and opportunities and maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments
*Managing incoming enquiries in a professional manner
*Creation of new leads to identify new opportunities
*Provide accurate and timely management information on activity and confirmed business


The Candidate
A sales background is essential for this role with a background of all round sales experience from identifying new leads, attending client visits and negotiation of pricing. The successful Business Development Manager/Regional Sales Executive will have a sound understand of the sales process, excellent commercial acumen and must be able to demonstrate the ability to exceed sales targets.
Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is essential.
