The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator; Customer Account Manager to run the operation function for an office solutions company based in Deeside. This is a fast paced, customer focused role and the main duties will include:
*Maintaining the CRM programme
*Coordinating site call outs, maintenance and service calls
*Managing client and supplier relationships
*Providing telephone support for the sales department
*Overseeing stock control and office purchasing
*Invoicing, order progression and verification
*Coordinating depot and fleet maintenance
*Organising staff time sheets, holidays and attendance
*Ensuring health and safety and quality assurance procedures are adhered to
*Ad hoc administration duties as required

Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

The Candidate
As a successful Logistics Administrator; Customer Account Manager you must have previous experience working within an Administration position. You must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and IT skills including the Microsoft suite.

Owing to the location of the role a full UK driving license and own transport is essential.
