The Role
The main function of the role is to provide administrative support for the Project Management Office of this global organisation.

Responsibilities
The Project Office Assistant will be responsible for:

*Provide administrative support to the PMO Manager and team with adhoc activities
*Provide support in developing template, training materials and processes to support the successful delivery of projects
*Facilitate meetings of the project approval committee
*Ensure all documentation is appropriately stored and maintained on the company SharePoint site
*Monitor data integrity of project data within the database
*Provide support to project managers and team members in locating forms and processes

The Candidate
The ideal Project Office Assistant will have;

*Good administration skills
*Good IT Skills in particular: MS Excel,
*Good general organisational skills
*Focused attention to detail
*Good communication skills

The Company
The Project Office Assistant will work for a leading wireless telecommunications infrastructure service provider.

Hours of Work
40hrs a week

The Package
Paying £10-£12ph depending on experience
3 month contract
