WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

Working within a fast paced, busy administrative team you will be tasked with providing support to the underwriting team within their head office in Sevenoaks Kent. Reporting directly into the Underwriting Team Manager, the main responsibilities of the role include:
*Responding to telephone queries in a professional manner and following up with other departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely fashion
*Liaising with customers regarding policy enquiries and recommending suitable products
*Drafting policies as instructed by the underwriting team
*Providing adhoc admin support to the underwriting team




THE PACKAGE

£15-£17k basic salary + company benefits package after qualifying period
