The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to perform general office duties and book loads in and out for a manufacturing company based in Woodhouse, Sheffield. As an Administrator the main duties will include:
* Providing administration support to sales team and liaising with clients
* Answering phones within the office and dealing with suppliers
* Updating and maintaining the customer database
* Data entry
* Monitoring loads in and out
* Other ad hoc administration duties as required

Working hours:Monday - Friday; 6:00am - 2:00pm

The Candidate
As an Administrator/Office Assistant you must be able to demonstrate previous administration experience within a fast paced environment. Excellent word processing skills and attention to detail are essential and the ability to communicate with people at all levels and working to tight deadlines are all key.
