Location: Carbrook, Sheffield
Hourly Rate £8 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
(Temporary 3 month requirement, possibility of extension)

The Company

Our client are a nationwide, market leading service provider in the automotive industry. Supplying into reputable car dealerships throughout the UK and are the preferred choice for many car retailers, including reputable motor firms such as Marshalls, Sytner, Rideway and many more! Since 2012 they have launched an ambitious expansion plan to assist in facilitating this they are looking to launch a market research project.

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Outbound Customer Services Operator to carry out a short survey within their existing client base. Working independently out of their Carbrook, Sheffield head office the main duties of the role include;
*Outbound calling existing customers and engage in a customer service survey with decision makers
*Establishing contact within lapsed accounts to identify their reasons for leaving
*Accurately recording results of the survey on a well maintained CRM
*Working independently to manage own workload
This role will be reporting directly into the Business Development Manager whom is often out on appointments so there will be large parts of the day you will be expected work independently without supervision.

The Candidate

You must be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and rapport building skills. A background in customer service, particularly making outbound enquiries, would be considered highly beneficial.


The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Telephone interviews will be commencing this week so you must be available immediately!
