The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit for a knowledgeable Recruitment Manager to manage the internal recruitment team and improves processes apart of a nationwide home care services firm located in their Sheffield office. Reporting directly to the Shared Services Manager, the main duties of the role include:
*Managing and developing a small internal recruitment team
*Setting and reviewing KPIs ensuring that results are measurable
*Analysing the recruitment process and identifying areas for improvement
*Introducing new candidate sources and exploring recruitment fairs
*Monitoring the performance of job boards and negotiating best possible deals
*Resourcing candidates for open vacancy's as directed by senior management
*Ensuring overall compliance of new employees
*Liaising with external agencies as and when required
*Providing adhoc support to the Share Services Manager

The Candidate

The ideal Recruitment Manager will be an expert in the field of recruitment and must have held a senior role in recruitment before. The successful candidate must be able to display a stable work history and flexible attitude. You must possess strong negotiation skills and be a confident communicator.

£25 basic salary (flexible dependent on experience)
