Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join an expanding company in Skelmersdale. Main duties will involve:
* Providing a professional and courteous reception service on a day-to-day basis
* Answering incoming telephone calls and meeting visitors on site
* Ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared and maintained
* Assisting in administration duties including typing of letters, reports and memos
* Assisting in the accounts and payroll administration
* Entering finance information on Sage and Excel

Previous experience of working on a busy reception and be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working for a manufacturing, distribution or production industry preferred but not essential. The successful receptionist/administrator will ideally have working knowledge of Sage and Excel.
