LOCATION: Skelmersdale; West Lancashire

We are looking for a highly organised Scheduling Team Leader to coordinate and provide support for a large team of nationwide field engineers.

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?

An independent surveying organisation who have built their business through referrals/ repeat business as a result of top class customer service. They pride themselves on being the choice of service provider for highly reputable, blue chip clientele in the provision of government enforced energy consumption surveys.
Established in 2007 they have already established themselves as the UK market leader in a highly specialised and relevant niche industry they function across a multitude of sectors from corporate banks, public sector, retail and hospitality. The business is equipped to operate on a nationwide scale across to the UK Channel islands with a network of engineers located throughout.
They have a clear strength in supplying services to major blue chip clientele and a renowned for their unbiased service.
The Co-Owners of the business take a very hands on approach within the business and have active roles within the Skelmersdale head office.
Everyone has a "muck in" type of attitude and willingness to provide support within other areas of the business when needed. They are looking for individuals with the same drive and determination to help develop the business further.
Based on an industrial business park in the Skelmesrdale area they provide free parking on site and an open plan office environment.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
The role of Scheduling Team Leader/ Administrator you will be reporting into the MD of the company and be responsible for overseeing the back office process and logistics of the provision of compliant surveys to their varied client base. Acting as a key point of contact for field based engineers and supervising 2 administrative members of staff, you will be responsible for:
*Delegating the workload and planning the diaries of 36 field based engineers on a nationwide scale
*Liaising with clients to ensure access is granted for works to be carried out and dealing with any issues that arise
*Checking that engineers have the relevant documentation and that all checks/ paperwork have been completed internally to ensure access to customers sites
*Ensuring that reports are completed on time and work is carried out within agreed SLA's
*Updating an Excel based work flow document keeping an accurate record of where each job is up too
*Ensuring there is synergy throughout the process to providing a service to the companies clients
