We would like to meet a Customer support administrator to assist with incoming and outgoing calls to customers and engineers.

If you are able to understand and emphasise with a customer and help organise a team of highly skilled engineers this may be the role for you. Please apply and we will be in touch.

What will you be doing?

Working in a pleasant and lively office you will be responsible for scheduling regular maintenance visits for engineers with a range of different customers. logging down customer issues with machinery and assigning the appropriate engineer to fix the problems. You will provide the highest levels of support to both the customer and to the engineer. You will see that issues are dealt with a timely and efficient manner, minimising the impact any breakdowns can have.

Inputting data into the service management system, responding to emails/ calls, ordering spares, planning & managing the engineers days are also part of the role.

Who are you?

You are a customer service guru. You have the patience of a saint, the organisation skills of a wedding planner and the politeness of Mary Poppins. You keep calm under fire and all with a smile and chuckle as you spread tranquillity through the day.

On top of this you are used to bossing people around and have really good Microsoft skills.
Any experience with field service software such as Tesseract would be a bonus but we are happy to train so isn't essential.

What are the hours and salary?

You will work a eight and half hours a day with a one hour lunch, between 7.45-18.00pm. There are three start and finish times 7.45am-16.15pm, 8.30am-17.00pm and 9.30am-18.00pm. You will also receive a one hour lunch. Your salary will be £23340 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
Every three weeks you will have to work one Saturday shift 13.00-17.00pm which is paid at 1.5 rate so £17.95 per hour.
