Great opportunity for a project administrator to join a successful delivery team working on mission critical projects for a global leader. Working out of the modern offices on the Slough industrial estate you will provide administrative support, attend project meetings, arrange installations and build positive relationships with key customers.

What you will be doing?

The company sell, install and maintain high end machinery. This role is centred on providing administrative support to the project team. This will involve liaising with different stakeholders throughout the business and key customers. You job will be to keep the stakeholders updated of the status of projects and arrange install and commissioning dates for machinery.

You will be responsible for ensuring the project files progress objectives have been logged, complete a range of data entry tasks and administer high security permission forms for engineers/installers.

Who are you?

It is vital that the project files are accurate in terms of dates and costs so a meticulous attention to detail is imperative for this role. You will be a strong communicator both conversationally and with written English, as you will speaking with stakeholders, key accounts and senior management via the phone and email.
You possess strong PC skills, Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills especially in excel would be useful. You have strong all round admin skills and are highly process driven, highlighting areas of improvement if you see them.
You will be able to help plan a project with the team and foresee any issues that may arise. Projects can last for three months so planning the different stages ensures a successful delivery.

Salary and hours?
8.30am-17.00pm Monday to Friday.

£24300 plus a £2000 bonus based on performance. Pension, Private health and holidays are also included in the package.
