Job Summary

Our client is an established private Nursery Education provider operating on a national basis. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Team Administrator to work in their busy office scheme based in Slough on a salary of £22,000-£26,000.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an excellent Team Administrator to join a lively marketing department within the private education sector. You will preferably have worked as a Team Administrator within a Marketing department or alternatively administration experience combined with strong working knowledge of HTML / Dreamweaver formatting.

Self motivated with the ability to multitask you must be a real people person who is able to interface with other departments and staff up to Director level. Your responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

* Collating relevant information for all nursery Open Days.
* Using HTML to send internal and external communications to Parents
* Compiling communications for various campaigns and projects
* Producing monthly, weekly and daily reports using Excel
* Occasionally providing support to other office if required
* Proofreading
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Producing Newsletters
* Writing memos

You must have proven admin experience within a fast paced environment and as a result be able to work well under pressure. Strong HTML experience is essential and experience with Dreamweaver would be advantageous. You must have strong customer service experience and have the ability to achieve set targets. The office is based in a remote area in Slough and as a result you will need to be able to drive with your own car.
