Job Title: Order input Coordinator (administrator)

Location: Solihull

Salary: 16k (6 month FTC)

We are currently looking for an order input coordinator to work for our client, a global telecoms organisation. Offering £16k plus benefits, this position based in Solihull is a 6 month fixed term contract that requires a candidate from a strong customer service/administration background.

Purpose of the role:
To act as the first interface between the customer and company to ensure that all information is correct regarding work being undertaken correctly and on time.

Core activities
-Receipt and validation of orders received from our customers
-Receipt and validation of defects received from our customers
-To carry out line searches and follow up on findings
-To query & qualify job packs with customers
-Add and update order details on relevant order database
-Check job packs for linked estimates to other jobs
-Arranging customer appointments where applicable
-Apply for utility prints for safe digging practices where appropriate
-This list is not exhaustive and reasonable requests may be asked of the job holder as operational requirements dictate

Experience

-Experience of proactive coordination & developing relationships with key stakeholders
-Customer service environment, preferably from the utilities industry
-Knowledge of telecommunication or civil engineering desirable
