Offering up to 20K plus benefits for the role, this is working in an extremely busy office, where they experience around 200 calls per day plus 30+ visitors. We are looking to hear from candidates who are interested in either a full time position, or part time.

Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Salary: 15-20k plus benefits

Location: Solihull

We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist/administrator working in an extremely busy office within the Solihull area for our client, a major infrastructure services business. Offering up to 20K plus benefits for the role, this is working in an extremely busy office, where they experience around 200 calls per day plus 30+ visitors. We are looking to hear from candidates who are interested in either a full time position, or also a there is an option to split the role between two candidates. This could either be 2.5 days per week each, or 5 mornings/afternoons, so we would welcome candidates looking at either option.

Accountabilities
-Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to allocated team
-Screen incoming mail, telephone calls and emails on behalf of team and manage all appropriate correspondence
-Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required
-Undertake multi diary management and plan schedules in diaries to optimise the working time of allocated team
-Arrange and attend team meetings/conferences as required, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised
-Perform ad hoc confidential project work, as required
-Prepare and track personal expenses and other ancillary expenditure
-Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems, including archiving
-Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues
-Book travel and accommodation arrangements for team
-Support the work of other Administrators during periods of absence or unexpected high volumes of work activity

The following qualities / experience are required:

-Secretarial and/or administrative experience
-Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
-Strong communicator
-Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels
-Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
-Very strong customer focus
-Excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
