Are you a seasoned sales professional who is looking for an opportunity to into directorship? Do you have a proven sales background in selling to electrical wholesalers/ sub-contractors? Bluefire Consulting are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to continue nurturing existing client relationships and develop new ones for a high end, luxury electrical manufacturer in the South East London area.


WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?

A well-established SME manufacturer of high end cable management products. They pride themselves on their high quality standards and innovative designs which have attracted reputable customers such as Selfridges and Burberry. Focused on providing bespoke cable management solutions to luxury residential homes and high end business' in the London region and nationwide.

Established in 1997 they have achieved impressive turnover results in the last year at £3.6bn, the Managing Director of the company is looking for a likeminded driven individual to drive the sales force of the business and go on to manage the existing sales team. WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

You will be integral to the development of the sales department as they continue to grow. The majority of their clients are based in the London region, however there will be the occasional travel to Scotland where they also have a presence. You will be tasked with presenting new and existing client a full range of cable management solutions. Working out of the South East London office it will be expected that you manage your own diary of appointments and "muck in" within the office when not out on appointments. It is a consultative sales process with some tenders taking as long as 3 years to complete. The Managing Director is looking for someone to lead from the front and to set an example for the sales team to follow.

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously and act as an ambassador for the company. This is a really exciting opportunity for a proven Business Development Manager to climb the career ladder into a potential directorship role.
