Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Financial Administrator to join a well established Financial Services company based in South West London. Main duties will include:

*Full Purchase order management
*Ordering items for the office
*Negotiating prices
*Liaise with suppliers
*Reviewing suppliers and ensuring they are complying to Service Level Agreements
*Supporting the Head of department
*Resolving any queries

The successful Financial Administrator must have previous experience in a Financial Administration role and have proven experience of dealing with suppliers. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel and essential for this role. Purchase order management experience would be a distinct advantage.
