Location: Office based in Wimbledon but travelling across the UK as required
Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE plus car, bonus and benefits

The Opportunity
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Sales Executive to undertake consultations with potential customers to promote construction projects within a specialised niche for a very well regarded company. The assignments can be nationwide but most are focused around London and the South East and as the successful Sales Executive you can expect a varied, challenging role working for a tight knit, prestigious organisation.

The Role
As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for attending client visits to explain the installation process to the prospective client and advise them on the process and options available. The main duties of the role will include:
* Attending client visits and building relationships
* Consulting with the prospective client to understand their requirements and present options available to them
* Advising on trade requirements such as Building Regulations Approval and Listed Buildings approval
* Talking through pricing options and providing a quotation
* Closing orders, up selling and negotiating with customers as required
* Managing the relationship with the customer to ensure they are satisfied
* Following up after the meeting with relevant documentation and ensure the client is kept in contact with until the order is closed
* Conducting monthly progress reports to the senior management team

The Candidate
To be considered for the Sales Executive role you need to have a proven sales background preferably from a property, construction, premium/luxury goods or high value sales sector . The ability to deal with people at all levels is essential. A full, clean UK driving licence is required as travel across the UK is involved in the role.

As this role is very customer facing and quality orientated you need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident managing expectations and building relationships.
