The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a HR Administrator to support the HR Manager for an asset management company based in St. Helens. Main duties of the role will include:
*being the first point of call for all internal HR enquiries including policy, recruitment and payroll
*assisting with recruitment procedures
*processing starters, leavers, maternity and paternity leave administration
*preparing employment and mortgage references
*issuing contracts of employment
*monitoring holiday allowance
*maintaining the training record
*taking notes during HR meetings
*ad hoc administration duties as required

The Candidate
As a successful HR Administrator applicant you need to be able demonstrate previous experience in a HR Administrator or Assistant position and be confident dealing with internal enquiries, managing the HR database and supporting the HR Manager. Highly numerate and literate with excellent communication and attention to detail you must enjoy working in a team environment.

The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established asset management company who have a strong focus on customer service and product quality. You will be joining a small, friendly HR team who oversees all the entire function for two companies within the same group and you will be working closely with the HR Manager. As the organisation continues to grow there will be opportunity to work autonomously and take on additional projects and training.
