The Role:
As the Document Controller you will be assisting with the administration duties for a busy site office for the company. Based in Stockport Town Centre, the main duties will include:

* First point of contact for all telephone enquiries
* Full administration and reception duties
* Producing and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy is maintained
* Document control between office and site
* Coordination of meetings and minute taking
* Assisting the Quantity Surveyor with all administration support
* Liaising with sites/Head Office in relation to Quality Control
* Maintaining the company database in regards to administration information
* Ensuring the company is represented in a positive and professional manner at all times


The Candidate:
Previous experience within an administration role is required, preferably within the construction/civil engineering industry. The successful Document Controller/Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with people at all levels, have strong attention to detail and be a team player.

This is a very fast-paced environment and will involve working with a close knit team. This is a newly created role and will initially be offered on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.
