Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Financial Administrator for our client based in Stratford-upon-Avon.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Financial Administrator for our client based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Main duties will include:

* Maintaining the purchase ledger
* Processing invoices
* Updating the Financial Management system
* Processing cheque and BACS payments
* Reconciling Monthly Supplier statements
* Supervising Petty Cash
* Bank Reconciliations
* Maintaining General Ledger
* Investigate any Account Queries
* Produce statistical reports

The successful Financial Administrator must have worked in a Finance/Accounts department and have a good working knowledge of VAT. Ideally candidates will be part or fully AAT qualified and have previous experience in using a computerised financial management system. This is an urgent requirement so candidates must be available immediately and be willing to work in a contract role.
