Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Regional Human Resources Manager for a who will be responsible for the HR activities in a designated area/region. This position will involve managing up to 5 other staff and be based at their office in Leatherhead, Surrey. Main duties will include:

* Providing an advisory service
* Dealing with staffing from advertising and recruiting staff at all levels.
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies
* Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
* Conducting Exit Interviews
* Investigating matters of misconduct
* Conducting reference checks and processing medical questionnaires
* Completing new starter inductions
* Maintaining accurate records in all Finance, Payroll and HR Systems
* Ensure company is compliant with Employment regulations
* Liaising with Pension and Health Insurance providers
* Managing the Regional HR budgets
* Administering review process, and training and development plans for employees.
* Generating monthly reports for Finance department and Management Team.

The successful Regional HR Manager must have excellent knowledge of employment regulations and been involved in Recruitment and conducting disciplinary hearings. This role is predominantly office based but there will be a need to travel domestically and internationally as required. It is essential that candidates must hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent and have knowledge of HRIS applications. Candidates who have come from a Telecommunications background would be of particular interest.
