The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Administrator to provide administrative and sales support to internal staff and external sales representatives for a large distribution company based in Tamworth. Although the role will initially be a maternity cover contract there is a possible it will develop it a permanent role. Main duties of the role will include:
*Daily liaison with customers and suppliers, creating and maintaining records
*Providing proof of purchase, invoices and credit notes
*Updating the sales performance charts
*Purchase and sales order processing
*Producing month end reports and statistics
*Answering requests for samples and literature
*Taking minutes or actions at meetings
*Performing general administration work as and when required

The Candidate
A successful Administrator applicant you must have experience of working in an administration role previously and will ideally hold a degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting or IT. Excellent communication, numeracy and IT skills are essential as is good attention to detail. A good working knowledge of SAP is considered highly desirable.

Due to the location of the position candidates must hold a full, UK driving licence and have their own transport.
