The role will be to assist in developing new and existing business relationships by assisting clients in making the best use of their IT software.

Their Senior Business Relationship Manager initially joined the company as a Business Development Executive is now a part of the Leadership team responsible for the strategic direction of the business and provides hands on management and support to the sales function of the business. They are looking for individuals with the same drive and determination to help develop the business further.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

The role of Business Development Executive you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a "warm" pipeline of qualified opportunities in order to hit sales targets. You will be focused on selling a large amount of medium sized deals per annum. Working out of their head office in Thatcham you will be responsible for following up on the majority of sales prospects for the business, the majority of these are UK based organisations however some travel into Europe will be required, however these trips can usually be completed in a day.
You will be reporting into the Sales Strategy Manager, who has a strong background in developing teams and coaching individuals, working closely alongside her she is a great source of knowledge and motivational in her approach to management. You will be expected to provide accurate sales forecast and keeping Salesforce up to date.
