The role will be to assist in developing new and existing business relationships by assisting clients in making the best use of their IT software.

Their Senior Business Relationship Manager, who is currently on maternity leave, initially joined the company as a Business Development Executive is now a part of the Leadership team responsible for the strategic direction of the business and provides hands on management and support to the sales function of the business. They are looking for individuals with the same drive and determination to help develop the business further.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

The role of Business Development Executive you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, working in a close knit team of 4 business professionals, you will be tasked with:
*Initiating relationships with clients and identifying their business needs in relation to IT software
*Booking clients into product specific seminars based on their requirements
*Maintaining contact with clients throughout the process and ensuring all sales activity is up to date on the CRM database
*Making appointments for the external sales people to follow up
*Ensuring your product and market knowledge is up to date and identifying areas for improvement
You will be reporting into the Sales Strategy Manager, who has a strong background in developing teams and coaching individuals, working closely alongside her she is a great source of knowledge and motivational in her approach to management.
