Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/PA to provide support to a small, executive recruitment team based in Uxbridge.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/PA to provide support to a small, executive recruitment team based in Uxbridge. Main duties will involve:
* Being first point of contact within the office
* Liaison with clients and candidates and dealing with initial enquiries
* Provide full PA support to 2 Directors
* Full administration support for the office
* Diary management
* Providing management reports as required
* Assisting in the set up of tenders, presentations and reports for consultants

Previous Office Management/Administration experience is essential for this role. The successful Office Manager/PA must be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner, the ability to deal with people at all levels and full working knowledge of word, excel and outlook. This role can either be full time or part time hours for 25 hours per week.
