The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Administrator; Office Assistant to support a busy nationwide team from their head office based in Wakefield. Reporting into an Office Manager main duties of the role will include:
Providing administration support to sales team and liaising with clients
* Answering phones within the office and dealing with suppliers
* Updating and maintaining the customer database
* Raising supplier payments and dealing with accounts and invoice queries
* Writing up quotes for clients
* Producing management reports
* Monitoring loads in and out
* Other ad hoc administration duties as required

The Candidate
As an Administrator; Office Assistant you must be able to demonstrate previous administration experience within a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate with people at all levels and deal with working under pressure to tight deadlines are all key. You must be enthusiastic and keen to learn as this the industry is constantly evolving and ongoing training will be provided.
