The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to provide support for the launch of a new website of a global industry leading waste management company based in their Warrington office. The main duties of the role include:
*responding to inbound phone and email enquiries
*liaising with the general public over collection times and rearranging missed appointments nationwide
*responding to third party requests in a timely manner and liaising with third party operational staff
*arranging the payments to third party organisations for referrals
*processing and validating invoices
*compiling statistics and submit to other departments
*cold calling to business' to grow the volume of services available during quiet periods in the office
*general adhoc administration


The Candidate

The successful Customer Service Administrator will come from a customer service orientated position with experience of handling inbound calls from the general public with the ability to diffuse stressful situations. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner. The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have a strong worth ethic and be flexible to work adhoc Saturday morning as and when required by the business.

The Client

Our client are a well-established global waste management company and firm industry leader in the UK with over 100 locations worldwide. The company's clients are mainly from the construction and manufacturing industry but also liaise with domestic clientele.

Working Hours for Customer Service Administrator:

Monday - Friday: 8am- 5pm
Adhoc Saturdays - 8am - 12pm (every other week)
