Job Summary
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator for a role based in Warrington paying £8.50ph - for 37.5hrs a week Mon- Fri 8.30am- 5pm for a long term rolling contract. This role requires someone with previous administration experience with a strong IT Skills particularly Excel. You will be dealing with large amounts of inbound calls and responding to admin requests from these calls.

The Role
The Operations Administrator will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. You will be responsible for responding to a high number of calls and telephone requests so must have clear and confident telephone manner.
Key tasks of the job:
The Operations Administrator will be expected to;
General Support Administration
*File creation and maintenance (electronic and hard copy)
*Issue enquiry letters
*Input site data into internal and client systems where required
*Arrange MSVs
*Assist in the preparation of planning applications and appeal packs
*Collate construction packs
*Assist with statistical reporting
*Co-ordinate survey access within agreed SLA's
*Prepare Health and Safety packs within agreed SLA's
*Co-ordinate swap scheduling and access within agreed SLA's
*Prepare handover packs and upload as directed within agreed SLA's
*Support specific projects as required
*Liaise with clients, customers and engineers as required
*Access and input on client databases
*Any other duties as directed in line with the post
General Office Administration:
*Answering telephones, controlling door access and greeting visitors
*Post (incoming and outgoing)
*Back Up Tape management
*Raise ATP's
*Book internal meeting rooms, arrange lunch & refreshments if required
*Order stationery
The Candidate
The ideal Operations Administrator will have the following;
Essential
*Previous administration experience with a strong focus on Excel and spreadsheets
*Is meticulous with detail, with an emphasis on getting things right 1st time
*possible credit control backgorund
*Team player.
*Detailed and accurate.
*Highly computer literate, ability to interrogate data and produce reports
*Dependable and flexible
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Focus and resilience
*Demonstrable ability to make capable and effective decisions
*Demonstrable ability to prioritize, and manage tasks
Desirable
*ECDL
*NVQ in Business Administration
*5 GCSE or equivalent to include Maths and English

The Package
This roles pays £8.50 - plus benefits on a long term rolling contract. Standard working hours are 37.5 per week 8.30 am - 5.00pm 1 hour lunch
