The Role
The Operations Administrator will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and project managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Key tasks of the job:
The Operations Administrator will be expected to;

*General Support Administration
*Input site data into internal and client systems where required
*Arrange multi site visits
*Assist in the preparation of planning applications and appeal packs
*Collate construction packs
*Assist with statistical reporting
*Co-ordinate survey access
*Prepare Health and Safety packs
*Co-ordinate swap scheduling and access
*Prepare handover packs and upload as directed
*Support specific projects as required
*Liaise with clients, customers and engineers as required
*Access and input on client databases

The Candidate
The ideal Operations Administrator will have the following;

Essential
*Previous administration experience with a strong focus on Excel and spreadsheets
*Is meticulous with detail, with an emphasis on getting things right 1st time
*Team player.
*Detailed and accurate.
*Highly computer literate, ability to interrogate data and produce reports
*Dependable and flexible
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Focus and resilience
*Demonstrable ability to make capable and effective decisions
*Demonstrable ability to prioritize, and manage tasks
*background in telecoms desirable

The Operations Administrator will work for our client who deal with all the major telecoms providers. They are one of the largest network infrastructure suppliers in the UK, with a turnover in excess of £25 million. Owned by a global corporation, they are well placed to continue their on-going growth and success and have a bright future.

The Package
This roles pays £8.50 on a long term 12month rolling contract. Salary will rise to £10ph after 12weeks service and training is completed. Standard working hours are 37.5 per week 8.30 am - 5.00pm 1 hour lunch
