Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator/Sales Administrator to support a busy project team within the Telecoms/Software industry based in Central London. Main duties will involve:

* Providing support to the sales and projects team and fielding calls as required
* Producing sales reports, forecasts and pipelines for sales team and Directors
* Providing full administration support with overseeing customer contracts
* Producing quotations for the sales team and chasing these up as needed
* Booking travel and accommodation as required
* Ordering products as each project requires
* Answering calls and assisting with queries
* Visiting clients with the project and sales team if needed

Previous experience within a busy Project Coordination/Sales Administration role is essential, preferably with a technology background. The successful Project Coordinator/Sales Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with people at all levels, strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
