Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive/Account Executive to maintain all administration activities and maintain relationships and satisfaction of business customers in the West London region. Main duties will involve:
* Monitoring leads received from the website/internal teams and assigning these to the sales team
* Managing the workflow of calls and update CRM system accordingly
* Invoicing customers as required
* Following up on all prospect requirements
* Interrogation of faults reported and provide feedback
* Checking customer contract information is correct and checking data onto CRM system
* Providing after-sales support from sending out welcome letters and resolving any queries
* Maintaining and controlling the quality of information in customer database
* Management of trial machines, stock management and controlling contract renewal
* Produce reports for management as required

Previous customer services/administration experience is essential for this role. The successful Customer Service Executive/Account Executive must be able to demonstrate strong time management skills, good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with any customer issues that may arise. A degree in Business, or equivalent, is preferred.
