We are looking for an ambitious, money motivated National Sales; Business Account Manager who can launch a new software range within existing and new accounts across the transport sector, by driving maximum value for customers providing them with critical data it manages, collects and analyses. Give customers added-value by enabling customers to increase margins and overall profitability.

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?

An international, leading IT software distributor who provide "KPI tracking across all areas of the business". Specialising in end to end suite of software and vehicle technology managing critical operation processes for logistics organisations worldwide. They pride themselves in their renowned blue chip customer base, with average sales orders at £250k, their drive for innovation and identifying areas for growth in the market. This role has come about due to an acquisition of an IT company that specialises in route planning software and as a result are looking to introduce the benefits of this within their existing clientèle.

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales (Tracy) who was instrumental in the acquisition of a management software company, seeing a gap in the company's product line and UK market believes, "Scale and efficiency are becoming increasingly important and it is likely that we will see further M&A activity as businesses seek to realise this," says Tracy. "Smaller businesses are also often more creative; they have had to innovate to survive and succeed. Acquisition presents a good way for larger operators to access this innovation and broaden their service offerings in specific niche areas or territories." Tracy is a wealth of knowledge and experience within the business major support to the sales force and running of the business.

They are looking for individuals with the same drive and determination to help in the penetration of the UK market place.



WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

As a Nationwide Sales; Business Account Manager you will be responsible for introducing a new product line of routing software to existing and new business accounts within the transport and logistics industry nationwide. You will be tasked with presenting and demonstrating software solutions and highlighting the core functionality to existing and new customers. Key responsibilities include:
* Working autonomously from home, acting as brand ambassador for the company promoting routing software throughout the transport and logistics industry throughout the UK.
*Representing the company at conventions and other business events in the UK area to promote software solutions.
*Managing submissions for tenders to commercial and municipal operators for the company's products/ services.
*Communicating effectively throughout the business; sharing customer feedback, marketing intelligence and opportunities for sales development.
*Maintaining an accurate record of all sales activity and up to date forecasting reports.
