Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and increase sales within the NHS and Facilities Management sector for our client based in West Yorkshire. Main duties will involve:
* Develop and maintain existing and new Key Accounts to identify any potential sales opportunities
* Achieving sales targets on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
* Producing self generated leads through networking and sales calls
* Identify opportunities for new or repeat business
* Understanding NHS funding and influencing timescale and decision making process
* Ensuring all new business appointment opportunities are maximised to the full potential
* Attending client visits on a Nationwide basis; 3 days per week field based and 2 days office based

Previous experience in a Business Development Manager role, selling to the NHS is essential. The successful Business Development Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan own time and objectives and compile tender responses if required. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.
