Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an administrator to work for a Children's Charity based in Weston-super-Mare.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an administrator to work for a Children's Charity based in Weston-super-Mare. Main duties will include:

· Answering the phone and resolving any enquiries
· Responding to emails
· General administration duties
· Keeping in house database up to date
· Liaising with members and parents
· Attending events as required.

The successful administrator will need strong administration skills and be an excellent communicator. Previous experience of working with children/working for a children's organisation would be a distinct advantage. This is a temporary role which is anticipated to last for 3-6 months and may involve occasional weekend work to attend events.
