For nearly 40 years our client has designed, crafted and installed over 3,000 of their bespoke Wine Cellars and Wine Rooms at customer sites both in the UK and globally, resulting with thousands of satisfied customers who are now passionate champions of their brand.

They are dedicated to designing and installing high end specification wine rooms and cellars for some of the country's foremost residential properties bespoke to the client's needs and the specifications of their interior designers, developers and architects.

They are now seeking to appoint a Sales and Operations Team Assistant to join their committed team based in Wimbledon.

What will you be doing?

Your role will be to support both the Head of Sales and also the Head of Operations with PA and Administrative duties, and also to assist the Sales Team in the preparation of survey paperwork, estimates and processing orders.

In relation to your PA responsibilities, this will include diary and email Inbox management (booking in of meetings, notifying attendees and replying to clients), producing and formatting a variety of documentation (letters, minutes, reports, presentations), uploading important information to NetSuite such as emails, plans, contacts and photos, booking of travel and accommodation and assisting with various ad-hoc requests.

In relation to your Sales Administration responsibilities, these will include site survey paperwork: collating completed forms, photos and plans from the sales visits and surveys, and upload to NetSuite, preparation of estimates as directed by the sales team, maintaining the knowledge base within Netsuite, dividing new enquiries to the sales team, data entry and preparation of survey packs.

Our client's customers are typically high net worth individuals including celebrities, or they may be customers who have saved up for many years to fulfil their passion, however they all both expect and receive exceptional customer service throughout the full installation process.

What background will you need to have?

You will need to have a demonstrable track record of providing administrative support in a sales and customer service environment, ideally in relation to the luxury construction market dealing with reputable main contractors, house builders, developers, architects and designers. Experience of luxury home products i.e. high end kitchens, furniture or similar would be of interest.

Who will you be working for?

Our client remains a small, niche business with a relaxed family atmosphere combined with a culture of excellence and craftsmanship. They frequently enjoy social events together to help build an inclusive team ethic and pride which helps to ensure all the team work together to promote maximum customer satisfaction. This is an office based role in Wimbledon, South West London.

What are the rewards?

A starting basic salary of £25,000 pa to £28,000 plus company profit share, pension and a holiday allowance of 20 days plus 8 bank holidays with an additional discretionary 6 holiday days over Christmas shutdown (total 34 days annual leave). Social events encouraged!

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
