Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £14,500-£15,500 plus benefits
The Role:
As the Administration Support person you will provide a professional customer focused administration service to ensure the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times. Based within the Wirral area, the main duties will include:
* Ensuring best possible administration service is delivered to colleagues within the customer service department and other departments
* Maintaining and updating relevant databases with total accuracy
* Issuing client paperwork, copy invoices and inputting any relevant information
* Managing all incoming correspondence and documentation and distribute to account managers or departments as required
* Managing the inboxes for various internal departments
* Reissuing amended documentation
* Carrying out general offices duties as required
* Chasing additional information from clients for required information as needed

The Candidate:
Previous experience within an administration/customer service role and working knowledge of word, excel and databases are essential. The successful Support Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise own workload effectively and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
